Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items returned in an unsaleable condition may be refused

To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Leotards, tights, underwear, or hosiery once worn

Items marked as final sale

Personalised or custom-made items

Pointe Shoes - please contact us to discuss individual cases


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 working days

Original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability

Customers are responsible for return postage on exchanges


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage costs where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
