Tendu Soft Gel Pads

Soft, flexible breathable toe pads to mould around your foot in pointe work. Always remove pads from shoes after use.

Place the shorter side, with holes, underneath your foot, and the longer side on top. You can trim them underneath to make them less bulky in your shoes

Wash with warm soapy water.
